The people I interview with were very cordial and great; however, I made it to the final round but was then completely ghosted despite additional follow up. I had hoped to at least receive a rejection letter since the process lasted multiple rounds and weeks. HR's promise to provide feedback in case of rejection was also left open. Very disappointing because the process so far had been positive.

I was interviewed multiple people. Three to be exact. The questions they asked me I felt like were pretty basic and not much thought put into them. The role I applied for I had little experience in. But they brought me in any for an Interview I guess to see if my leadership background meets their standards. I was also told that there was no other candidate was competing for the role. Anyway, I was told by the HR generalist that they would have a decision made by Friday and she would reach out to me. I called Friday afternoon, and talked to the HR generalist. She told me they would have a decision by the end of the day. She didn't call or email. I emailed her Monday, she finally emailed me back to only to say. That I wasn't selected.
