There was a 3 stage initial screen with the external recruiter then a zoom interview with then CEO, then in person interviews with the CFO and Head of HR. The interviews were positive however no feedback was given either then or afterwards and a decision was not communicated despite me chasing. ITRS placed a very strong emphasis on the company culture and that the company had just won a "best place to work" award so it's surprising there was no follow up to say look, we are going with someone else because of x, y and z. Sorry it's not you this time etc. That conversation would have taken someone 5 minutes.
