I’ve been at ITRS for 3.5+ years, and the standout highlight has been the level of trust and autonomy I’m given to do my role. From early on, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a huge range of initiatives – from internal communications and culture programmes to large-scale global events like Elevate and sales kick-offs. No two months look the same, which keeps things interesting and I’m constantly learning! I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, collaborate across teams, and genuinely influence outcomes rather than just executing tasks. There’s a strong focus on ownership.
