Interview
First direct manager, second BU Finance Head, final BU HR BP. No written test, focus on attitude and personality, looking for potential talent to be developed and willing to promote to higher position.
Direct Manager focus on skill and knowledge, and also the management skill, around 2 hours of the interview.
Finance Head focus on potential, around 30 mins of the interview.
HR BP focus on attitude. She has a list of questions, seems standard in ITW recuritment process.

Question 1
If management force you to do something but you don't agree, what will you do?
My initial interview was with HR then returned for second interview with sales director shortly afterwards I received an offer. Negotiated salary but was unsuccessful with adding an extra week of vacation.
