It was a video interview and very awkward and uncomfortable. Automated without an interviewer/host, felt very impersonal and extremely awkward. It also wasn't extremely clear how to navigate your way through it, ie if you could re-do, what would happen if you ran out of time etc

Received a phone call from the store manager to schedule an in-person interview.
The interview was done in-store, basically going through past (retail) experience and had several role-specific questions.
Manager in that specific branch tends to hire more keyholders than sales associates; if you're an experienced retail worker it's likely to be offered a keyholder role if they're also looking.
