Icebreaker interview questions

Received a phone call from the store manager to schedule an in-person interview. The interview was done in-store, basically going through past (retail) experience and had several role-specific questions. Manager in that specific branch tends to hire more keyholders than sales associates; if you're an experienced retail worker it's likely to be offered a keyholder role if they're also looking.

Lengthy-video interview, multiple phone and video interviews following. Reference check. Followed by job offer and salary discussion. Started with recorded video interview to preset questions, then a phone call, then two or 3 more interviews.
