Very bad impression in general. Question irrelevant for the role, job description provided and role in reality is like a doctor to a cleaner (this is cleaner role). Person who did interview did not have a clue about IT procedures at all - he had to compare answers with those he had on another piece of paper. Very, very unprofessional, asked them number of questions in terms of what exactly is their business and never got answer - (well we do compatibility software tests like SAGE - what the h...?, we do rebuild tablets sometimes, and we are a service desk. Asked: how many tickets does a one man from support tea do a day - answer was : sometimes 3 sometimes 5. Could not answer question regarding what does the team do with their free time, could coop when mentioned that Sage has a dedicated internal department for testing their software and they do remote support for customers....
Raelly bad impression, don't even bother wasting your time. Working hours are bad and non flexible at all as asked, salary offered was 25k but 8h p/day with 1 hour brake and fair distance to travel on very busy A14. Forgotten to mention the company name that is confusing a lot - Ideal Hosting is PDA Solutions according to their website - This in total leaves to many unanswered questions who they are in reality... Reception area i a size of the small toilet :)
