It was very unusual, the Recruiter asked me to meet the Hiring Manager at the Client site. We had a meeting with the Client Team and idhasoft Team. Then they asked me to provide the Project Plan (remember I am not hired yet). I provided the the Plan and they asked me to start work on Monday. It was very disorganized and not well thought out. I was very confused, but I reported to work on Monday.
