The interview process can be describe in 3 phases: Personal Phase: At this stage, the interviewer will ask about your self and your soft skills to get to know each other better. At the end of the interview, the interviewer will make some psychotechnical test's, to see your behaviour and answer to different situations and scenarios presented. Technical Phase: In this phase it is more about general knowledge in IT, it was a series of quick question, around 20 questions, in which some of the questions can be very specific(commands), but overall their difficulty vary. Technical Practical Phase: At this phase you will be pair whit a senior developer, in which will be present a problem from analysis requirement to coding, within a small time limit, during this time it is very important to give constant feedback of your thoughts and how you plan doing it, the focus is see how do you tackle and solve the problem at hand. Overall the process is difficult but very rewarding, even if you have any doubts or made a mistake they call for attention and give you a constructive feedback on how to improve in the future. The whole process was quick and last 2 weeks, and the feedback through the phases was also very quick. I recommend going through this interview process.

Was really fine. Composed by 3 interviews: A first one with technical questions; The second one with a pretty unformal formal conversations with HR; The last one coding in real time and with project manager seeing it.
