The process was very fast, smooth, and structured. The whole process took 2 weeks. The HR reached out to me a few days after I applied and conducted the first interview. She always gave clear feedback, let me through other interviews smoothly and explained the role, benefits, culture very well. After the HR interview, I talked to a couple of team members from the BD team. There was a case study where I explained how I would handle inbounds, outbounds, and how I would evaluate potential deals. Instructions were quite clear. I got an offer after 2-3 weeks of applying to the role.

The recruiter was very friendly, got the recruiter interview very quick from when I applied. The communication was good and the interview was standard, the recruiter came off very genuine and nice. I was told within days the results of the interview as well. Overall, pleasant experience.
4 Round process spread out over 7 calls. Including: Initial talent screening, 1-on-1 interview with a senior in the team I'd be joining, 45 minute case study presentation to a 3 person panel, then a 30 minute call with each panel member assessing hard and soft skills, and finally a top-grade style interview with CTO/Founder assessing self-awareness, intentionality and performance across past roles.
