Interview
Tiring , repetitive questions.
Almost nothing about my experience was asked. Two rounds of interviews, with no substantial structure.
In the second interview approximately 20!!!!! Competency questions were asked. It felt like I am giving them a catalogue of answers to each of their possible scenarios.
Language proficiency was tested by somebody who was not able to speak properly the respective language.
Every round of interviews took approx 2 hours.
Small company, should probably get an HR department or some training on how to conduct interviews.
