I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at InMotion Hosting
Interview
It was a nice relaxed interview. I was recommended to a higher position because of my resume, but after the interview I was placed in pipeline for $10/hr for 2 weeks. So when they hired me, I was still only offered base $12/hr. And I didnt receive my signing bonus, other trainees had to ask for their bonus checks after the first week checks also after not recieving their bonus.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at InMotion Hosting in Feb 2013
Interview
After applying, you will do a phone screening with HR lady. Ask simple questions about customer service and minor hosting details (DNS, difference between servers, Email config)
Next, will do an in-person meeting with people from the company. Usually, a support lead is involved going a bit more in-depth.
Finally, have an interview with the president which is more of a cultural talk.
Thank you for sharing your experience regarding the interview process here at InMotion Hosting! We have a lot of team members were referred by friends or family so it's great to hear from one about the hiring process. I'm glad to hear that the process was relatively quick and didn't take more than a week. We're happy you choose to join the team! Please feel free to email recruiters@inmotionhosting.com if you have more to share or if you have any questions about other positions in the company.

Interview
They call and ask you everything about networking and web hosting. They'll also ask you if you know any Linux. If they like you (which really is if you're willing to work for $12.00-$13.50) you get a phone interview with the president. Apparently this guys has a lot of time on his hands. He asks you basically all the same questions from the first phone interview. If he says all is good, then you go in for a panel interview. The HR lady was late for everything and the 'managers' had the personalities of rocks. I was hired and told I would have 2 weeks training (not true, it's more like 3-4 weeks of working a training schedule).
