45 mins with recruiter and then 60 mins with hiring manager. They offer you the position after the hiring manager interview. Questions were pretty standard for a clinical therapist position, asked lots of specific examples

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at InStride Health
Interview
The interview process was pretty in depth. Started with a recruiter video call, then with the manager, and last one a group of final round interviews. I will say it felt inefficient to need to talk to 3 others on the same day in multiple calls when asked roughly the same questions. Took about 2 hours out of the day instead of just doing a panel with multiple people. After 5 rounds I was rejected which is a little rough and again is why I think they could streamline this process a lot better.

Asked lots of the basic questions like background, managing priorities, handling difficult people/situations, etc
I applied online. I interviewed at InStride Health
Interview
Somewhat straightforward. Multiple meetings with ascending levels of operations and leadership (approximately 6). Two meetings with the VP of department, who was rather frazzled. There was also an assignment. Communication was fine. There is absolutely 0 diversity - they could not speak to why and it was very unnerving.
