I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indiana Courts (Jeffersonville, IN) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online. After applying, I received an email asking me to complete a survey and to watch a video. After I did this, I had to send my official college transcript to the office. I was called some time later for an interview with the director for the county. I was told that they were doing the interview practice backwards. Usually, you interview with 2 supervisors and then a second interview with the director. The interview was mostly scripted with questions usual to the social service field. I was also given a picture with a question that wanted me to review the picture and write a report like it was going to a judge. After the interview, she asked if she could send my info to another county if it didn't work out with her county and I agreed. She said I should get a call from HR to set up my second interview, but I never got that call. About 3 weeks later I received a letter saying that I didn't get the job. That same day I got a call from another county for a interview.
