I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Inditex (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2017
Interview
It usually depends on how much they need new stuff. It can go from just one job interview to a couple with different managers. It also depends on applying in store or to a published job offer.
In general the process is:
- Leave your resume in the store and answer few questions, why retail, why working on INDITEX, etc. (pretty average questions). Then they handle you a from that you have to fill up, and lastly you'll receive a call.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Why retail.
- Why INDITEX.
- 3 good things about you.
- 3 bad things about you.
- Difficult situation and how did you handle it.
Very well structured. Overall a very positive experience- the questions where about my past experience & studies in order to identify if I possess the skill set required for this particular role

Question 1
What motivates you most & make you be more productive?
We made a small phone interview and then we made a group call where we answered questions and were asked to solve a case. They also asked about our motivations and to talk about ourselves.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inditex
Interview
You have to go through a two part virtual interview at first. Usually with a few more candidates. If you “pass” the first two there is one final in-person interview.
