I was phoned for an interview. I was interviewed by HR, basic questions like strengths, personality, difficult problem encountered and how you solved it. Technical interview was for a business analyst. They asked me what was my course, what did I do there, how do I analyze and propose solutions to problems. How I gather data, how I interview the company (my project).

Technical interview: Since my couse and projects let me choose between a programmer or an analyst or both at the same time, he asked me in a project what would I prefer, to be a programmer or an analyst.

Interview
Phone Interview first, then technical exam (quite easy), then technical interview (for me I had 5 interviewers asking questions). They focus more on job-role specific questions such as how do u gather business requirements, etc.
It was great. Very informative and also long. I found out a lot of interesting and helpful information and they seem very interested in me so I think it is a great interview.
Smooth interview process, the interviewer asked interesting questions. Open to share knowledge and be able to identify the strengths and abilities of the applicant. Seems to be friendly and approachable.
