I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Informa TechTarget (Newton, MA) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process was quite simple and pleasant. Twenty minute phone screening followed by two in person interviews and a writing assignment. As others have said it seemed to focus more on whether or not my personality would be a good fit for the team, but my relevant experience was also taken into account.

Interview
First an interview was over the phone with an HR person then an interview in person. In person I talked to 3 different department heads, a little hard to keep track of what's what when it was a revolving door of interviewers. To this day, I still am not sure what the company does, I didn't get a clear explanation of the company or the roles. I never got an offer, but after hearing what the pay is I'm more than okay with it.

Interview
Easy questions, getting to know the person. Ask questions about who you are what you are into, if youd fit into the company or not rather than hard skill questions
