Had an AI interview, very glitchy.
Then had a call with HR executive where she explained a bit about company, compensation budget, and further steps. She took my availability to set up a meeting with the senior HR, afterwards was supposed to be a round with the CEO.
Senior HR took the round, and it was going really well until she talked about compensation despite having a fair budget, for petty reasons, she refuse to agree on, and then told me she's not even comfortable to offer me my last drawn and to not to just walk away but think about it as it will be a good learning experience... So, I'm expected to not even expect WFH, move to a new city, work 5 days from office, work even after the working hours because clients are international, follow the strict timings 9-6 and then not even expect a decent salary. So, I gave my response saying I'm 100 percent aligned with the role an strongly believe that I do deserve a good compensation. They didn't even showed the professional courtesy of acknowledging that they have received the mail, let alone give a closure.
