I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infraware (Boston, MA) in Feb 2023
Interview
Simple. Quick and easy. I was in and out in 5 minutes via zoom. He just tells you about the background of the company and what you’ll be doing. It’s a lot of typing and quick research you will need multiple monitors
Overall very pleasant experience. Was called on the phone and answered all questions in that manner. I was speaking to my future manager at the time so it was nice to start out knowing his expectations.

Question 1
General computer experience is the most important part of the job, so most questions were based around that. They would like to know your ability to solve your own problems and navigate your computer.
Went through several tests, Data Entry, skills test, and behavioral analysis to get an interview. Interview went well, it was an hour and half long. Interviewer indicated that they would decide by that week, end of day on Thursday. I had not heard back by that Friday so I sent an email (that was the only contact info I had). It's been over a week and half since I sent that email and have not heard back. I am assuming they hired someone but did not bother to call or send me an email to let me know that I was not hired. I am OK that I was not the person that they wanted to hire, however a simple phone call or returning my follow email would have been common courtesy. I spent alot of time and effort for the interview, and did nto get that back. Disappointing as a whole.
