I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ingram Micro (Milton Keynes, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
Fairly straightforward: one phone screening, one video interview with my manager, and then a presentation to the director (also video due to COVID). Presentation was around how the business unit could improve and what I would do.
