Interview
I had three zoom interviews with Inmar only to then be told that I was overqualified and they were concerned that I would not stay at the job. Sigh. As I told them in each interview, I was looking to learn the business from ground up and progress through the company. I was willing to take the low (HORRIBLE PAY) hourly wage and prove my worth. Anyway, I really don't know why they strung me out for three interviews. Another comment about the pay. You can make the same or more money at almost any retail establishment. Annually it would be less than $30,000.

Process was fast. Got a phone call after a few days of applying online. Had a phone interview with the recruiter. She endorsed me to the Director for a face to face interview. Received job offer within a few days.

Interview
It was very intense. Started out with a phone interview. Next came in for an interview with 2 different supervisors. Then got called back for another interview with 4 people.
