Interview
2 Step interview. First step was with HR then second interview was Program manager. Included a French and English component for the bilingual position. After the second interview I got a call back about 2 days later

Very friendly, tons of behavioral questions. No trick questions, talked a lot about growing opportunities. The hiring manager was very open and friendly. The offices look nice and organized. They talked a lot about being involved in different kinds of projects.

Interview
It starts with a phone interview then you have an in person interview if they think you're a great candidate. In my personal experience, the process moved fairly quickly. I spoke to the HR representative over the phone for about 5-10 minutes and she was quick to send a follow up e-mail and confirm an in person interview. I then met with two managers from a specific department about 4 days later and found out that evening I was hired.
