Interview
They asked me some questions that were in regard to my experience so far and there also was a short case study and an HR review to see if the culture would possibly be a good fit
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Consulting Group (Johannesburg) in Mar 2020
Interview
Was through an agent but Interview was worthwhile, even though I didn't get the position. The panelist seemed fair, focused and cooperative, I felt welcome. Was an hour long, the panelists were patient with me and gave me feedback after which I appreciated.

Interview
Good process but quite lengthy. Was asked to do a written task which was a briefing on some guy. Then I had an interview with usual political and communications type questions , then a second interview where I had to present a briefing/pitch on Aldi superstore. First interview was great but second was bad. John Lehal was very unprofessional and was looking at his phone the whole time. Very rude and pompous.
