Got a call back really quick, spent about 15 minutes on the phone for a sort of pre-interview. They seemed super eager on the phone and excited about a face-to-face interview. Interviewed within the week.

They spent a lot of time expecting me to ask questions, which makes you feel like you're in a good spot and likely to get a second interview and then they deny you within 24 hours.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
