When I first started wtih the company I spoke with a Corporate Recruiter who asked me detailed questions about my background, and after he felt I was a match educated me on the company and industry. I did an interview on my college campus, followed by an extensive in office interview, then a lunch interview with the branch manager, and a final interview with a regional manager.

The interview process was relatively easy and the people were nice. Sales managers seemed very serious and often standoffish. Their employees were extremely welcoming and seemed to like where they worked.

It was s screening with the recruiter then an interview with the account manager. After that the interview was with the client. They then told me they would get back with me. I Had to follow up to find out that the position was put on hold

Very long and in depth. Initial call with recruiter who helps and prepares you along the way for the rest of the interviews. Most were longer, an hour+, then final was in person.
