Interview
I was contacted by an internal Corporate Recruiter for a position in Atlanta, Ga. He contacted me and explained the role they were interviewing for and brought me in for a first round interview. I met with the Corporate Recruiter as well as 3 other people including the Director of Operations, the Company Corporate Trainer, and an Account Manger. They explained their roles to me and interviewied me for about 20 minutes each. It was a very conversational interview but they wanted to see my natural sales ability and drive as well. I then was brought back for a lunch interview with the Director of Operations for a final interview.

Interview
A recruiter contacted me and set up an initial phone conversation. After that, a formal interview was scheduled over Microsoft Teams. My recruiter was extremely engaging and helpful. The individual that I interviewed with unfortunately seemed disinterested.
