Interview
Got a phone interview and was given the opportunity to go in for an onsite interview the following week. It was pretty relaxed and I was asked more of situational interview questions. They were very friendly and smiled most of the time while noding heads at intervals if they liked what I said.They asked me to explain how to forecast effectively since I had mentioned I am certified in Demand planning. They also asked me to describe my duties at my previous roles. Asked if I was proficient in Microsoft and why I love supply chain . I pray I get a positive feedback from them.

Question 1
I was asked how I can help reduce the number of emails received from sales department following up on orders. I told them I will prioritize the order according to due dates and lead time. All in all, I will do my best to respond to all the hundreds of emails of I can.
