Interview
You can apply online then a recruiter will call you to and conduct a phone interview. If the phone interview goes well they will then set up a one on one interview with one of the managers. The manager will go through your resume and have you explain what you have listed in your previous job. They were very excited about the new contact SEWP V and want people with experience with the contract.
Insight recruiter reached out via Indeed. Took the opportunity to interview, rather unprofessional as the recruiter seemed willfully unprepared but asked standard questions in regards to sales experience. After first contact offered to meet with hiring manager at office location
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight (Bristol, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
first stage with HR, general questions, going over CV, company info. Second stage with a sales manager and sales director, detailed questions about CV, sales cycles, strategies. Personal questions as well.
The interview process was a phone interview first. Than a in person one. They wanted to know about my experience and strengths. They did make me leave a voice mail. I doubt they make you do that anymore though.
