Insonix interview questions

In interviewed at Insonix Mohali in July 2017. There were 2 rounds, first a technical interview. The team lead took the interview, which consisted of basic technical question.(Depends on the language you are going for). It was a very nice interaction as the interviewer was very humble and answering the questions better in case I lacked . Second round was with their management. I must say it was the TERRIBLE experience I have ever had!! The two senior managers asked absurd and stupid questions, which made no sense!! Specially one of them was trying hard to appear intellectual and influential , but he was seeming more like headache! I didn't like their tone as they were like as if they are doing a great favour by giving a job!! They need to be professional as their process afterwards is very lousy. My suggestion to candidates is be prepared to encounter some very illogical questions which they think are very smart questions. Work culture you may check with other reviews. In my opinion, their management doesn't seem humble or motivating at all!!! I was turned off after giving interview and was already thinking I will not accept offer!! They have very bad attitude towards interviewee..

There were 3 rounds. 1. HR round (telephonic) :- Just had discussion about my previous relevant experience, Notice period and Scheduling of interview for face to face round. 2. Technical :- System Administrator came for the interview. Asked about my previous work, few questions about server security and discussed about new technologies. 3. HR Round :- Just told me that I'm selected for the designation of Linux Server Administrator, told me the joining date and company policies.
