I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Instructure
Interview
Phone interview first, then an in-person interview. Was asked to complete a design project and present my solution at the interview, and also did an in-person white board exercise. Really cool, smart, kind people and a fun challenging experience. My only complaint is that the process ended with no communication. Follow-up emails ignored for a month, and no hires were made (to my knowledge). I moved on to another offer before I ever heard back. It's unfortunate because Instructure seems like an amazing place to work. Even with the non-communication, I moved on hoping that a future opportunity there opens for me some day.
