HR is nice but unresponsible and unprofessional. Got 2 different onsite interviews for 2 similar positions. They all had similar structure, one exam before each interview, then 3 hours interview with 3 rounds on the same day, I believe if you pass you get the job. First round with 2 high level managers, second round 2 lower level managers, last round(if you have) with 2 even lower title people. 50% of people were nice, but you can see they don't care much. The first team was okay, they just didn't show any interest even before I introduced myself, they just didn't care. The second team I interviewed with today was very "diverse", first met with 2 senior managers, super nice people, had a lot of fun, talked a lot of the products and interesting things about the company, I felt like it was a normal conversation to know each other. The 2nd team was okay, met with 3people, the one at the corner was really sleepy, he kept yawning but definitely not a bad person, the other two were also nice. Finally, the last group, with 2 low title people, that one hour was a nightmare, first came in the room, sat down and immediately crossed legs like bosses,(any respect please?) asked me a tons of questions in detail about a non-related position that I had 3 years ago, kept asking why why why, it was a torture, I explained for a few times trying to clarify things, then they gave up, move to another question and repeat the same thing. Interestingly, they didn't have any experience with the software I used, when I explained, they didn't pay attention to try to at least understand what I said, ironically, they thought they were very smart to dip hard into the question, I was literally tired of speaking with them, it was a torture, not an interview, they went into the wrong field, they will be very successful if they work as FBI agent. I knew I lost the chance working with this company after seeing these 2 people. Now I understand why low title people are low, and why high level managers are high, it is the Personality!
