Interview
Firstly I had a virtual assessment- about 6 questions, 2 minutes to record an answer. There was also a task to write an email.
Then, I had an interview on Teams with the Underwire manager and HR manager. Mostly behavioural questions.
And then I have need ghosted for a month. I’ve followed up with a talent acquisition consultant and she told me that they need more time but they will inform all candidates until end of week. It was 2 weeks ago and still I don’t have a final answer. I assumed I wasn’t chosen, however it would be nice to be notified in timely manner.
I didn’t expect the question to be related to customer service. Overall it was an eye opening experience. Just prepare for anything I would say not just the role you are applying for
Received an invitation to do a one way video interview a few days after applying. Respond to written questions by speaking to the camera plus a written response. Completed it and never heard back, no rejection but no follow up either.
