During the video interview, I was asked pre-recorded questions and given a two-minute window to provide my responses to each question. In addition to the verbal segment, there was also a short written component as part of the interview process

They gave a scenario where I would need to send an email to a manager
I didn’t expect the question to be related to customer service. Overall it was an eye opening experience. Just prepare for anything I would say not just the role you are applying for
Received an invitation to do a one way video interview a few days after applying. Respond to written questions by speaking to the camera plus a written response. Completed it and never heard back, no rejection but no follow up either.
