The VP approached me on LinkedIn for the position.
We had a call scheduled, he forwarded my profile to HR and I had to take an assessment test by criteria corp. I had one more screening call with HR.
Further I was selected for live coding round. When I asked the HR as what I could expect in the round, she mentioned Java and SQL for 1 hour. During the round, I was asked a couple behavioural questions and then technical questions pertaining to my resume on coderpad. The interviewer was helpful and was giving hints. But I really hope there was proper communication by the HR before interview, how much ever you know technical skills it is tough to answer on spot if not expected.
The VP was really cooperative throughout the process.
