I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn stating that I was a "perfect fit" for the role. I completed a video screener call with said recruiter where she gave me very very limited information on the role. Afterwards I was asked to complete a form with various questions about my experience with different software and clients.
Then I was asked to interview with the CEO/president a few days later. I researched the company and listened to a podcast that the CEO had completed recently in order to learn more about the company. When I met with him he asked me what I thought the company was about and I repeated what he said in the podcast but was told I was wrong. He was short with me, not engaged, and just asked me 2 questions. I asked him a few questions but he would respond in short sentences and the interview was over in 10 minutes.
30 minutes later I received a rejection.
