There is no interview. They will hire you on the spot. I went in, they asked me about my qualifications, then gave me the paperwork to fill out. They offered me several cases that I may be interested in and I accepted the one that was most convenient for me. The flexibility is great. I can almost always get off whichever days I need, and pick up shifts whenever I want to make money.
