Applied through a school job fair and received an email to schedule an interview. It was one interview and I met a manager and two software engineers who questioned me on my skills.

Make this class thread safe. The class had two integers and a method called add.
You talk to someone (not Hiring manager) for an intro call, and then invited on-site for final round. There is no recruiter or hiring manager involved at all, so the process was very disorganized. They couldn't answer most of my questions about the role and what I would be doing, since the interviewer was not a recruiter or HM. They will refuse to reveal the compensation for the role as well, which is now required in NY state. And most of the interviewers were junior... don't waste your time here if you're a mid/senior candidate.

Interview
My interviewer showed me around the building, then took me to a room where he and another interviewer asked me questions. For the most part, there were no personal questions. They focused on my projects, and specific Java-related design questions. I was accepted after just under two weeks.
