First i had written test based on c ,c++ and java ,after that technical round conducted by lead.after that i had a manager round with project manager there he asked about current affair,finally i had a hr with basic questions like what you know about company.

Just 1 question...Are you from Andhra pradesh and do you know Telugu.
This is the only criteria to get the job. Almost the whole of the employees are from Andhra and speak Telugu. So they prefer only Telugu speaking people. Even if you are a technical guy, this is the only question that you need to answer correctly.
So if you know Telugu, you will get an offer immediately.
