International Development Group Knowledge Management interview questions

It was strange. They contacted me on LinkedIn and via email and every request needed an immediate response or they would do it again. They did not schedule interviews; they just called randomly. Then because the process was not transparent, when I expressed confusion and hesitation they shamed me for leading them on. They also did not provide details about benefits. I did accept because I liked the role, but I found the entire process unnerving.
