Question 1
Which organisations in the industry do I think are doing demand generation well
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Intruder (London, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
Initial contact from a recruiter. Before the first round interview they asked me to complete a short video critique of the existing marketing presence. This was followed by three interviews - 30 minutes with the Chief of Staff, 45 minutes with the CEO and VP of Sales and a panel presentation to the leadership team. The process felt appropriate for a job at this level and I felt very supported throughout the interview process. The team were very open to providing answers to specific questions about current performance.
