Multi step interview process. There is a short overview of the position and then a multi person zoom panel interview with a roll play. There were 3 interviewers though the cameras were turned off for the mock phone call roll play.

the interview process was easy. This allows for an idea of how the business environment is. Two stage process to get hired. They let you know immediately if you’ve got the job.

Asked about sales experience, why I enjoy sales, availability for 9am-9pm shifts, and had to do a mock call. Because I came through an agency, I did not know who I was going to be interviewing with from the company.
