Interview
First round was a standard behavioral interview.
Second round was an onsite interview. There were several interviews for this day. First was a case study interview with 3 situations and you had to prepare answers to discuss with one of the upper level managers. Then, there were 2 rounds of behavioral interviews with more in-depth questions about my experience, reasons why I want to do consulting, why Invisors rather than a larger firm. The last interview was an Excel based interview and I had to discuss my methodology to an upper level manager.

You fly there and you begin with an introduction followed by 3 case studies, 2 panel interviews that each are with 2 random employees working there followed by an excel test
