Through Teams. Very friendly and chatty. You then get sent a test to do which tests your basic literacy and numeracy. Upon passing this test you then have another interview.

Interview
The first round of interviews over the phone, simple questions relating to your previous experience and skills. Second and final was over Teams and included more complex questions like why you would be a good fit, what you want from the company and why they should hire you.
