After applying online, I received a phone call from HR manager. Phone interview went about 30 minutes and I was asked few standard interview questions about my background, motives and qualifications. Then, I was asked to email a 60 second video telling how this position is of interest to you and why I'd be a great fit. About a week later, I had an hour interview with HR and Office Manager in their headquarters in Vancouver.
Week past by, I was invited to an two hour interview with President and Office Manager. It was a challenging interview. Questions weren't so difficult but challenging. I could see how these questions were really trying to make me think critically. I was asked to create a meeting request form via Microsoft word for 30 minutes. They also asked few questions about company values and history to check if I did some background research.
Later that day, I interacted with two employees who asked more personal questions about me; hobby, favorite quotes etc. Overall hiring process was swift and it was a good and thorough interview.
