3 interviews, one with recruiter via phone, or with operations Mgr via video conference, then working on site interview with operations Mgr. Great facility and fantastic team that is leading the transformation of telehealth for psychiatric care.
After 3rd interview, received word within a couple of hours, that I was being moved to final process “references”. Provided same day, and 2 bus days later received the “thank you but...another candidate...keep on file for 3 month...wish the best”
Responded back with thank you for the opportunity and asked for feedback on where I lost the opp, never heard back
I truly was baffled, thinking a Ref came back negative (Unexpected). However none of my references ever heard from them in any form.
Overall positive experience with a negative ending only because it seemed it was a go, after indication that I could start the next weekend.
Win some lose some. Either way Iris will be a huge powerhouse in their field soon enough. I lost my chance and kudos to those that made it through this process
