Interview
I applied to Ironside and was interviewed recently. The recruiter was very responsive and easy to talk to. I was moved forward for an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was about 1 hour long with questions mostly targeting my experience on my resume. There was some technical questions about SQL and Tableau. I was notified of the hiring decision the next week after my interview. Didn't get an offer but the overall recruiting and interview process was very positive and enjoyable.

What is JOIN (inner, left, right) function and how would you use it in a profession setting?
Very responsive to emails and very clear as to what they expect. The HR manager is very good with scheduling times that work in accordance with your schedule. Very fair and fun process.

Interview
Very easy and laid back and wanted to get to know you as a candidate not just the standard interview questions. Be able to talk about hobbies. The final round is a quick presentation that was both enjoyable and a good opportunity to show your skills.
