Irving Knight Group interview questions

The interview process was very freindly, very direct and very descriptive. The recruiters I spoke too where very nice and welcoming, but also provided a very black and white job description and expections with no sugar-coating at all. Overall a nice experience, but unfortunately I wasn't compatable with their expirations, at no fault of mine or their own.

I can describe it quickly...their recruiters reach out to you to schedule interviews but never follow up when you answer them. This behaviour seems completely unprofessional and childish. At least be an adult and tell candidates that you have moved on. Worse, they promote these people.
