Interview
Very laid back and friendly. Simple basic questions like do you have any sales experience? Have you worked in retail before? The gave me informative information on the company its requirements and background.
It was pretty easy. Didn’t really ask me much. Ask me 3 questions and called it a day. It lasted maybe 15 mins max. I asked them a few questions and they answered.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at J. Crew (New York, NY) in Jan 2019

It was pretty straightforward and easy. They asked some basic questions like what is your sales background. It lasted only 30 mins. It was much easier than most job interview.
