Interview process took 3 weeks. it was amazing. interviewers were professional and up to the point. all questions were from the resume. behavioral and technical (Not many) questions combined. Asked me throughly about my past experiences and education. overall it was very good

I interviewed with J Crew for the Logistics Analyst position. I had 2 phone interviews and then an on-site interview with the team members. Though the position says logistics, the title I believe is misleading as they want someone with heavy IT skills. I realized this only when the HR told me about it after I was rejected. I felt they could have been more clear about what they are expecting from a candidate as I was asked 0 questions about my IT skills which I felt I already had.
