Interview
Phone screen with a store director, followed by 2 in person interviews with store directors. The process took awhile (over a month) but the initial manager I spoke with touched base with me every few weeks letting me know they were working out some movement in the area.

Question 1
What does outstanding customer service mean to you and when have you experienced outstanding customer service as a shopper?
Pretty straightforward, know the brand values, their style and competitors. Have in mind how you would style a customer and the questions you would ask them. Also know your managing style and words to describe it.
Professional and fairly simple. I didn't feel like there were many curve ball questions. It helped that I had previous experience in the position in a different company. At the time, it was a helpful position to accept.

Store interview then regional. In person or phone/zoom. Must make it past first store interview to move on to next. Short in length of time. Typical questions. Friendly demeanor by interviewer.
