Casual in-person interview with store manager. Did not last more than 30 minutes. I received a follow-up call within a week offering me the position. Questions were not too difficult and even though I did not have retail experience, I was able to play up my other relevant strengths.

The interview process was extremely friendly, welcoming and simple. They asked about 3 to 4 questions followed by asking if I had any additional comments for the company and culture.

It was an easy interview with easy questions where they asked me about myself and how I would describe myself and what I would contribute to the job and why I like fashion.
